Steve doesn’t avert his eyes, though he does peel his own shirt off. He’d been wearing a white tee under a blue collared work shirt, but now both were likely goners. He can’t help but look Bucky over. The guy was his first muse and he’d covered so much of his books with drawings and sketches of him. Secretly kf course. There had been no need to make it weird. The new arm is awful and wonderful at the same time and yes. He’s looking.
