Steve gets a bad vibe from the guy, like he used to get from some of the Commandos…the ones that were maybe a little too violent on the uptake. He isn’t sure what to think about these sorts of abilities people have, but it could be something like the serum he was given. It made him strong. But it also isn’t particularly well known for doing the kindest things to people who probably shouldn’t take it.
