It’s not a good idea. This Steve Rogers is not the guy Bucky lost when he fell. They might not even have the same past, same memories, and Jack has already had a hard enough time trying to get Bucky out of his shell. Klaus does better than most of them, but that’s only because Klaus is a mess and Bucky has strong parental instincts and constantly needs to save people.
